It’s very simple to obtain your usage information:

1) Find your electric utility from the list of major utilities listed below

2) Follow the steps to obtain your usage history online or over the phone

3) Contact Eco-Workforce directly to submit your energy usage information for a 12 month period. We then will be able to provide you with an estimate that will work for your energy usage.

Note: If your electric utility does not appear on the list below please refer to your most recent electric bill and contact your utility’s customer service department to obtain your usage information.

Arizona

Arizona- APS

Step 1- Visit www.aps.com

Step 2- Log in (first time users will need to register first, a copy of your APS bill will be required)

Step 3- Locate “€œHow my usage compares to last year€” then click on “€œView and graph”€ at the bottom left corner of the box

Step 4- Click on €”Usage detail” tab and then click on “Download History”€

Arizona- SRP

Step 1- Visit http://www.srpnet.com

Step 2- Go to “My Account” and Login

Step 3- Click “Payment & Usage History” in the Account Options box on the left of the page

Step 4- Make sure “12 months” is selected under “Viewing Options”

Step 5- For the “History Type” make sure to select “usage” (default is BOTH)

Arizona- TEP

Step 1- Visit www.tep.com

Step 2- Log in (first time users will need to register first, a copy of your TEP bill will be required)

Step 3- Once your account is set up, access “Account Manager” for 12 Month Billing History by clicking https://www.tep.com/SelfService/SSvcController/login

California- PG&E

Step 1- Visit www.pge.com

Step 2- Log in (first time users will need to register first, a copy of your PG&E bill will be required)

Step 3- Visit your home page “My Energy” and click on “My Usage”€ tab

Step 1- Visit www.sce.com

Step 2- Log in (first time users will need to register first, a copy of your SCE bill will be required)

Step 3- Visit your home page and click on the “€œUsage” tab

California- SDG&E

Step 1Visit https://myaccount.sdge.com

Step 2- Log in (first time users will need to register first, a copy of your SDG&E bill will be required)

Step 3- Go to your account page, select the electrical portion of your account, labeled, in the drop-down menu below, select “ENERGY”€™ and click “SUBMIT”

Step 2- Log in (first time users will need to register first, a copy of your SVP bill will be required)

Step 3Once logged in, you may select to view your Usage History. This will provide 12 months of kWh usage data

California- SMUD

Step 1Visit www.smud.org

Step 2- Log in (first time users will need to register first, a copy of your SMUD bill will be required)

Step 3Once logged in, go to the residential customers tab and click “your bill” and then “Bill History”

Step4- Click on “€œView 24 month bill summary”€ and copy kwh column for last 12 months

Colorado

Colorado- Xcel

Step 1- Visit https://myaccount.xcelenergy.com/# (To set up your username and password click “register Now”

Step 2 – Once logged in, select your address from the drop down menu in the upper left corner

Step 3 – Make sure you are on the “Overview” tab

Step 4 – Select “Last 12 Months” in the drop down menu and that “Electric-1” is selected in the “Services” drop down menu

Step 5 – Click on the “Table” Icon to the right of the “Services: Electric-1” drop down menu

Step 6 – Write down the kW/hrs number that appear in the “usage” column (3rd Column to the right)

New Jersey

New Jersey- JCPL:

Step 1- Review the back of your most recent JCPL bill; go to the section that says “€œlast 12 months of kWh usage”

Step 2- divide this number by 12 and the result will be your average monthly usage

New Jersey- PSE&G

Step 1- Visit http://www.pseg.com/home/index.jsp

Step 2- Log in (first time users will need to register first, a copy of your PSE&G bill will be required)

Step 3- Click on “Usage History”

New Jersey – ACE

Step 1 – Call Atlantic City Electric at (800) 642-3780

Step 2 – Press 0 to speak with a representative

Step 3 – Request your 12 month kilowatt usage history over the phone (ACE will not email this information to you)

Step 4 – Reply to this email with the given information

New York

New York – Orange and Rockland:

Step 1- Visit Orange and Rockland Homepage

Step 2 – Click on the gray “My Account” tab at the top of the screen

Step 3 – Enter your account number

Step 4 – After you have entered your account number then click on the blue “View Billing History” tab on the left side of the screen

Step 5 – From there you will be able to access your usage which can be seen as either kilowatt hours or kWh

New York – Con-Edison

Step 1- Call 1-800-75-CONED (1-800-752-6633)

Step 2 – Press 1 for English

Step 3 – Press 6 for “All Other Questions”

Step 4 – A customer service representative will answer the line. Please give them your name and account number and tell them that you would like to have your last 12 months of kilowatt usage, broken down by month, e-mailed to you.

New York – Central Hudson

In order to retrieve the usage online, you must first register for access to “Your Account”

Step 1 – Log in to your account at ww.centralhudson.com

Step 2 – On the left side of the screen, click Billing History

Step 3 – Click File, Save As and save to your desktop

Step 4 – Attach file to a reply to this email and send

Hawaii

HECO:

Step 1- Visit HECO homepage

Step 2 – Click on the blue “Online Customer Service Center” button in the lower left corner of the screen

Step 3 – Enter your user ID and password to log on

Step 4 – After you have logged in, click the link for “Billing History” or “View Your Bill”

Step 5 – From there you will be able to see your “Usage Profile,” which will provide the kilowatt hour (kWh) reading for the past 13 billing cycles.
