CESO is a small firm with diverse project opportunities across the region with a mix of field and office responsibilities including environmental sampling; wetland delineations; habitat assessments; coordination between clients and federal and state regulatory agencies; technical writing; and environmental permitting.

We develop leaders and empower our team to use their gifts to impact the world through service – to our clients, to our coworkers, and to our communities. We subscribe to the mission “finding purpose through serving others,” so if this speaks to you, let’s connect!

As a Project Biologist/Environmental Scientist, you will lead various field surveys and sampling events including wetland delineations, habitat assessments, and environmental sampling. You will also prepare technically sound field notes, reports, graphs and maps. Working with your Environmental Project Manager and other team members, you’ll enhance your expertise in many aspects of environmental compliance within the commercial and energy industries. We establish long-term, meaningful relationships with clients focused on building multi-unit national footprints and integrate with their teams to help them design, manage and develop their brand across the country.

We develop and inspire our team through training and coaching on and off the job. At CESO, we believe that work should be more rewarding than just a paycheck.
